Accommodation was among the best apartments I lived in Cairo; credibility, cleanliness and good price; all factors make you visit again; and you tell the mates and loved ones; very close to the Marriott Hotel; all the services are close to you; in general, the apartment is worthy of praise and praise.

I had a fantastic stay! The appartement was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive. The location was perfect close to everything I needed and very convenient. The host’s service was top notch, making me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I would definitely recommmed this place to anyone looking for a great experience. I’d gladly stay here again!

A stay that was wonderful and an interest in the customer on a daily basis , and the service is very quick and what makes the residence apart from the rest is that cleanliness is on a daily basis, unlike the other apartments that are available, I would recommend it hard .

I'm not exaggerating when I say “this is the best experience at Haven Hospitality” the host made my stay even better. The place is wayyy better than what I expected. Didn’t get the chance to meet the host but I wish I could’ve thanked them personally! Love it and I really recommend it. Definitely coming back to the same host. 😍 the place is very clean, instructions are clear and the host did more than they’re required and never asked for extra money!! Daily housekeeping and they like the guest to not be loud in the place. Super caring host. I rate it 100/100

My stay in the magnificent apartment of Zamalek, Cairo, was a special experience. The apartment features exceptional cleanliness and elegant décor that brings a sense of comfort and luxury. The furniture is comfortable and elegant, making the stay here a very comfortable experience. What I liked most was the daily cleaning service, where the service was excellent and cares for the finest details, enhancing the sense of comfort and well-being. The location in Zamalek was also perfect, close to many restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay in Cairo, and I will definitely choose it again for my next visits.

The apartment was extremely clean and bright and the beds were extra comfortable! housekeeping staff was on time everyday to clean and restock the towel and the airport transfer was very prompt. Excellent customer service and support. I was provided guides for the apartment and also for the city. Overall amazing experience thanks to the Haven team!

The apartment was stunning, everything was perfect. It was so clean and provided with everything we needed. The location also was great and the personnel and all the people that we met in that building were so kind with us. The owner was amazing, extremely helpful and responded to any questions we had just by simply texting him on whatsapp. We had such a good time!

The customer service truly stood out — the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always with a friendly and helpful attitude. Whether it was providing recommendations or ensuring my comfort, they made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything so right, and 1832 Haven Residence did exactly that. It was really tricky in the beginning to choose this unit since it was new on booking with no previous reviews. However, I needed a unit in this location, so my kids and I decided to take our chances, and I'm glad we did. The apartment was all renewed and newly furnished (exactly like the pictures), very clean ( they provide daily cleaning services), and had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had both cold and hot water and were also renewed, which was a plus. I love that they have customer service 24/7, making our stay easy. The building is quiet and we haven't heard any noise from the neighbors. I loved that the unit was very close to the Jizira Club, and access can be arranged through customer services. In general, our stay was very comfortable and we would highly recommend this unit. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay in Cairo better than many 4 or 5 stars hotels in the city.
